With over two decades of experience, Steve and Cristin Broughton have been dedicated to breeding healthy, happy and well-adjusted dogs. Our passion for canine companions shines through in every puppy we raise and every dog we welcome to stay at our kennel.
Over the years we have experienced and owned many various dog breeds, however we have spent countless hours specializing in the Epagneul Breton. Training, hunting, competing, breeding, and educating ourselves both in the United States and Europe about the finer qualities of the breed. Until recently we sought a similar breed while sticking to the Epagneul Breton Club motto "A maximum of qualities in a minimum of volume" the Lagotto Romagnolo caught our attention. An ancient dog breed with a fascinating story thats similar in size, intelligence, character, mentality, and structure with different working ability to compliment our Epagneul Bretons in the field and fitting into our dog family perfectly. Best of all, the Lagotto Romagnolo does not shed and its coat is hypo allergenic. We have always had a passion for well bred dogs, their structure, movement, and carriage that even with an uneducated eye can identify the dog is special. We have also found a love for another breed, the King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. With our continued passion for dogs and our commitment to own and breed exceptional quality canines we imported a female King Charles Cavalier from one of the finest breeders in Europe. If all goes as planned we will have a litter with her in 2026.
